19th century wallpaper covered pin cushion top box

Wallpaper covered pin cushion top box. The box is heavy pasteboard with a blue and brown floral pattern on a tan base. There is a small area of loss on one end where early newspaper can be seen under the wallpaper. The original fabric is a red and tan woven plaid. There are areas where the under-layer of linen can be seen. The pin cushion top feels like it is stuffed with horsehair, which would date this box to the 1840s. Dimensions: 6.75" x 4.25" x 3.5" height.
