19th century hand hewn trencher in salmon paint. A desirable small size, this piece is atttractively shaped with curvilineal sides and integral handles. The outside of the trencher is covered in a deeply colored salmon paint; the interior has a natural surface with evidence of knife marks. In beautiful condition with no cracks or splits. Dimensions: length 15"; width 7"; height 2.5".
